Ravi Chandran serves as the Academic Director of Smart Kids Creations and SKC Senior Secondary School, Kapasan, where he focuses on academic excellence, leadership development, and innovative teaching practices.

He is also the founder of Astitva Future Leaders Academy, a platform dedicated to spoken English training, personality development, career counselling, and life skills education. His mission is to help students become confident, capable, and future-ready individuals.

Apart from academics, Ravi Chandran has established the Astitva Ridge Analysis & DMIT Intelligence Centre, where he works in the field of graphology and intelligence analysis.
