From Lecturer to Leader
Dr. Shastri started his career as a lecturer. With time and experience, he moved into higher roles like Principal, Dean, Campus Head, Director, and General Manager in different institutions.
He has worked with and managed more than 18 educational institutions, handling important areas such as administration, admissions, counseling, and marketing.
Today, he is working as a leader at Acharya Gurukula Edu Service, where he continues to guide students and support institutional growth.

Helping Students Through Counseling
One of the most important aspects of his journey is counseling. He is a National Level Student and Parent Counselor.
He has guided more than 4,50,000 students and counseled over 1,50,000 parents and teachers.
His programs like “How to prepare for SSLC exams in 200 days” and “What to do after SSLC” have helped many students gain clarity about their future.

Strong Results and Achievements
Dr. Shastri’s guidance has produced excellent results.
Many institutions achieved 100% PU results under his leadership. Students secured more than 15 SSLC state ranks, and 13 students scored centum in Kannada. Strong results were also seen in NEET, JEE, and CET.
He has also contributed to institutional growth by achieving more than 2000 admissions every year. At Allen Institute, he handled 687 admissions, including NEET students, where more than 100 students achieved medical success. At MIT Groups (2024–25), he contributed to 625+ admissions. He also guided more than 1000 SAP students towards placement.

Dr. Shastri has received many awards for his excellent work. Some of the major recognitions include Best Principal of Mysuru District (2017), Vidya Bhushana Award, Gamaka Kalanidhi State Award, Nalwadi Krishna Raja Wodeyar Award, South Indian Jain Scholar Award, Sri Gommateshwara Vidyapeeta Award, Jaina Agama Praveena, and Vidya Vaachaspati Award.
He has also received multiple gold medals and honors.
He holds PhDs in Prakruth Language and Kannada Literature, which reflects his strong academic background.
